As a Senior Cook, you will be entrusted with preparing a diverse range of hot and cold food items across multiple meal periods such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events. You will utilize both classical and contemporary cooking techniques to produce small to large batch goods, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish. The role demands attention to detail in following complex recipes and product directions, showcasing culinary expertise and innovation. Additionally, you may oversee production staff, providing guidance, training, and task assignments to ensure smooth operations and a positive kitchen environment.

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • Follow complex recipes and product directions
  • Produce small to large batch goods using advanced cooking, plating, and garnishing techniques
  • Oversee production staff, train and assign tasks
  • Attend work and report for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
