This job opening is for a Senior Cook position located at Music City Center, with a full-time employment type. The pay rate is $23.50 per hour. Additionally, the Senior Cook may oversee production staff, providing training and assigning tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.   • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum four years of relevant cooking experience
  • Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Open availability preferred
  • Strong commitment to punctuality and reliability
  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene regulations
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Four or more years of related cooking experience preferred

  • Ability to follow complex recipes and cooking techniques

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • Follow complex recipes and/or product directions
  • Produce small to large batch goods using advanced and full range of classical and contemporary cooking, plating and garnishing techniques
  • Oversee production staff, train and assign tasks
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
