Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum four years of cooking experience
- Ability to follow complex recipes and cooking instructions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work morning shifts on varying days
- Commitment to food safety and waste reduction practices
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable

- Four or more years of related work experience preferred
- Strong culinary skills including advanced cooking, plating, and garnishing techniques
- Ability to train and lead production staff
- Good time management and punctuality
- Ability to maintain a safe and healthy working environment
Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events
- Follow complex recipes and product directions
- Produce small to large batch goods using advanced classical and contemporary cooking, plating, and garnishing techniques
- Oversee production staff by training and assigning tasks
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with regularity
- Reduce food waste and maintain a healthy, safe working environment
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on client and business needs
