Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years related cooking experience preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Open availability preferred
- Ability to follow complex cooking instructions and recipes
- Must demonstrate punctuality and reliability
- Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting kitchen related items
- Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable and committed to a healthy and safe working environment
- Minimum of 4 years related work experience preferred
- Strong culinary skills using classical and contemporary techniques
- Ability to follow complex recipes and product directions
- Leadership experience in training and managing kitchen staff
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Follow complex recipes and product directions
- Produce small to large batch goods using advanced and full range of classical and contemporary cooking, plating and garnishing techniques
- Oversee the production staff, train and assign tasks
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
