Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of related cooking experience
- Knowledge and skills in preparing kitchen products including BBQ, Hot Foods, Dim Sum, Sushi, and semi-finished products
- Understanding of workplace health and safety protocols
- Ability to communicate in English, proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Good organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Positive, proactive, and self-motivated work ethic
Job Duties
- Prepare, handle, clean, cut, marinate, cook, and produce assigned foods based on orders and production plan
- Responsible for storage of ingredients and incoming stocks
- Ensure proper receiving and appropriate food storage conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of own station before and after each shift
- Execute recipes, ingredient specifications, quality, quantity, and cooking times per SOPs
- Ensure kitchen sanitation standards per Head Chef, Food Safety team, and public health authority
- Maintain product quality, food safety, freshness, and FIFO practice
- Properly store and handle food, maintain temperature records
- Oversee cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of equipment and tools
- Handle garbage, recycling, and disposables properly and timely
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors
