Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of related cooking experience
  • Knowledge and skills in preparing kitchen products including BBQ, Hot Foods, Dim Sum, Sushi, and semi-finished products
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety protocols
  • Ability to communicate in English, proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Good organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Positive, proactive, and self-motivated work ethic

Job Duties

  • Prepare, handle, clean, cut, marinate, cook, and produce assigned foods based on orders and production plan
  • Responsible for storage of ingredients and incoming stocks
  • Ensure proper receiving and appropriate food storage conditions
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of own station before and after each shift
  • Execute recipes, ingredient specifications, quality, quantity, and cooking times per SOPs
  • Ensure kitchen sanitation standards per Head Chef, Food Safety team, and public health authority
  • Maintain product quality, food safety, freshness, and FIFO practice
  • Properly store and handle food, maintain temperature records
  • Oversee cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of equipment and tools
  • Handle garbage, recycling, and disposables properly and timely
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superiors
