Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience working in a kitchen environment
  • Valid Food Handler Certification
  • Ability to stand and perform physical activities for long periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs
  • Ability to work in varying temperature environments
  • Ability to handle kitchen tools safely

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience in a kitchen environment
  • Valid Food Handler Certification
  • Strong communication skills
  • Teamwork mindset

Job Duties

  • Set up and organize workstation for optimal efficiency
  • Prepare, cook, and store food items adhering to company standards
  • Maintain presentation and quality of daily specials, salads, entrees, and other menu items
  • Manage cleanliness and sanitation of work area and kitchen
  • Assist in inventory control and proper receiving and storing of goods
  • Contribute to menu planning, recipe development, and testing
  • Oversee meal expediting during service ensuring timely and accurate order delivery
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership regarding product needs and quality issues
  • Provide outstanding service to members and guests, resolving concerns professionally
  • Support a positive team atmosphere and assist in training new staff as needed
