Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience working in a kitchen environment
- Valid Food Handler Certification
- Ability to stand and perform physical activities for long periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs
- Ability to work in varying temperature environments
- Ability to handle kitchen tools safely
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Set up and organize workstation for optimal efficiency
- Prepare, cook, and store food items adhering to company standards
- Maintain presentation and quality of daily specials, salads, entrees, and other menu items
- Manage cleanliness and sanitation of work area and kitchen
- Assist in inventory control and proper receiving and storing of goods
- Contribute to menu planning, recipe development, and testing
- Oversee meal expediting during service ensuring timely and accurate order delivery
- Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership regarding product needs and quality issues
- Provide outstanding service to members and guests, resolving concerns professionally
- Support a positive team atmosphere and assist in training new staff as needed
