Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four or more years of related work experience preferred
- Ability to follow complex recipes and food preparation instructions
- Experience in cooking a wide variety of dishes for multiple meal periods
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work any shift with open availability
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four or more years of related work experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to supervise and train kitchen staff
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Adaptability to work various shifts
- Commitment to customer service and quality food preparation
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Follow complex recipes and/or product directions
- Produce small to large batch goods using advanced and full range of classical and contemporary cooking, plating and garnishing techniques
- Oversee production staff, train and assign tasks
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned, varying by account based on business needs and client requirements
