The company offers a robust cloud-based software platform, centralized supply, automated analytics, and transaction expertise, which are crucial components that power the expanding renewable energy economy. LevelTen’s innovative platform has facilitated over $14.8 billion in clean energy transactions, reflecting its significant impact and leadership in the renewable energy market.

Through its cutting-edge market intelligence, advanced software, and streamlined transaction tools, the company simplifies and accelerates the process of closing renewable energy deals. This approach not only promotes cleaner energy consumption but also supports the global objective of reducing carbon footprints and advancing sustainable development. With a focus on innovation and customer empowerment, LevelTen Energy fosters a collaborative environment aimed at shaping the future of energy.

The Senior Contracts Manager at LevelTen Energy plays a critical role within the legal team and the broader organization. The Senior Contracts Manager must bring a blend of legal expertise, strategic thinking, and operational agility to support a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for seasoned contract professionals seeking a dynamic and meaningful role that directly contributes to the clean energy movement. The company fosters a collaborative and collegial culture, encouraging innovation and professional growth, while offering the chance to work on impactful renewable energy projects.

The role includes responsibility for negotiating and managing master service agreements (MSAs), subscription agreements, fee agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other commercial contracts specifically relating to software-as-a-service (SaaS) and professional services. Leveraging contract lifecycle management tools, the Senior Contracts Manager ensures adherence to legal and company standards, mitigates risks, and supports seamless cooperation across departments. Furthermore, monitoring third-party transaction performance, contributing to regulatory compliance, and assisting with internal process enhancements are key aspects of this position.

Employment type is full-time with a competitive annual salary estimated between $105,000 and $120,000 based on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation includes eligibility for annual bonuses and equity grants.
