Senior Consultant, Hospitality Advisory (Education & Healthcare)

This position requires a strong foundation in food service, hospitality, or dining operations, ideally with a background in healthcare systems or higher education dining. Experience working with outsourced food service models such as Compass, Sodexo, or Aramark is highly valued. The role also demands strong financial acumen including profit and loss management, contract economics, and cost optimization strategies that do not compromise guest experience. Senior Consultants must be confident presenters with excellent storytelling skills who can manage multiple engagements simultaneously while fostering collaboration with internal teams, including quality assurance, procurement, and culinary subject matter experts.

The Senior Consultant will contribute to developing scalable frameworks, tools, and repeatable methodologies that enhance the IHS advisory model, thereby reinforcing the firm's industry leadership. This role offers a flexible or remote work environment with approximately 30-50% travel required to meet client needs. Reporting to the COO and Advisory Leadership, the Senior Consultant will support and sometimes lead initiatives ranging from RFP development and contract negotiations to technology integration and program transformation efforts.
