With a work cycle of 10 days onsite followed by 4 days off, the successful candidate should expect to travel up to 100% across the USA and potentially Canada, working on medium-sized projects typically lasting between 6 to 12 months. In this Senior Construction Manager position, the individual will autonomously handle projects from start to finish, coordinate field engineering and inspection processes, oversee installations of process, mechanical, and utility equipment, and manage permitting, code compliance, and regulatory approvals. They play a vital role in fostering communication and relationships with clients, subcontractors, and architect/engineering teams, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to project scopes and objectives. Beyond technical and operational responsibilities, the role also includes mentoring and coaching junior team members, contributing toward a culture of continuous development within the company.
