The Concierge role at Village Green plays a crucial part in enhancing resident satisfaction and operational efficiency in the apartment communities it manages. This position acts as a hospitality ambassador and is often the first point of contact for residents, visitors, prospects, and vendors. Concierges are responsible for facilitating smooth daily operations by promptly addressing service requests and coordinating community events. Depending on the location, the role involves working varied shifts, including evenings and 24/7 coverage to meet site-specific needs. The role involves serving as a liaison to the Management office, assisting with leasing activities such as providing apartment information, conducting tours, and handling calls during off-hours. Beyond administrative duties, the Concierge is expected to foster a welcoming community atmosphere by engaging residents with newsletters, social media updates, and event marketing. Organizational tasks include maintaining the lobby and front desk presentation, managing packages, and keeping community information readily accessible.
