Senior Commercial Construction Estimator - East Coast (Remote)

We are actively seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to join our team on the East Coast. This role is pivotal, as it involves managing the entire preconstruction process from the initial Request for Proposal (RFP) through final bid submission specifically within our aviation and retail sectors. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in providing detailed, competitive, and accurate construction estimates for high-stakes commercial environments. They will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, architects, and client representatives to ensure that every bid package is comprehensive, precise, and reflective of the project’s scope and requirements.

In this position, you will be responsible for performing thorough scope takeoffs, obtaining pricing from subcontractors and suppliers, and managing bid packages using industry-leading tools like Procore. Collaboration is essential, as you will participate in value engineering sessions, budget presentations, and scope alignment meetings with project owners, airport authorities, and retail clients. Your expertise will help guide timely and effective decisions to support successful project delivery. This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 based on experience, along with a suite of benefits and the flexibility of hybrid or remote work arrangements for East Coast candidates. Occasional travel for site visits or pre-bid walkthroughs will also be part of the role, offering varied work experiences within dynamic commercial construction settings.
