  • Excellent cooking and food preparation skills
  • Effective communication and team leadership abilities
  • Capable of nurturing and developing staff
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Lead the restaurant as a vital member of the leadership team
  • Monitor and manage the restaurant's overall profit margins
  • Deliver heartfelt guest experiences by thoughtfully cooking and preparing ingredients
  • Follow established recipes and procedures to ensure consistent food quality
  • Maintain adherence to all safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance protocols
  • Restock stations, ensuring they are clean and organized
  • Utilize your daily checklist to deliver an exceptional guest experience
  • Oversee food ordering and labor scheduling as needed
  • Conduct interviews and identify future talent
  • Nurture and develop Chefs and Supervisors into future leaders
  • Assist with any additional duties as assigned
