We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Catering Sales Manager to join our dedicated team. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of catering sales experience in a hotel or resort
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects
  • Proficient with event management software and CRM
  • Knowledgeable about food and beverage trends
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize catering revenue and achieve sales targets
  • Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales efforts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized catering solutions
  • Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and their guests
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations to clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive edge
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the event planning process
