Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of catering sales experience in a hotel or resort
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects
Proficient with event management software and CRM
Knowledgeable about food and beverage trends
Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of catering sales experience in a hotel or resort setting
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Job Duties

Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize catering revenue and achieve sales targets
Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales efforts
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized catering solutions
Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and their guests
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations to clients
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive edge
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the event planning process
