As a Senior Catering Manager at Hilton, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating memorable catered events that enhance the overall guest experience. This is not just a management role; it is a unique opportunity to spread the warmth and light of hospitality through every event you oversee. You will be responsible for growing catering market segments by securing new client relationships, developing detailed proposals, and negotiating contracts to close new business deals. Cultivating long-lasting connections with existing corporate and social accounts will be crucial to ensure repeat business and sustained growth.
Your creativity and leadership will shine as you design innovative menus and tailored catered events that maximize revenue while delighting guests. You will manage the entire event coordination process, ensuring seamless transitions from pre-event planning through execution and post-event follow-up. As the primary client contact, you will handle all client communications, proactively resolve issues, and guarantee an exceptional event experience.
Beyond client interaction, your leadership skills will guide your team to consistently deliver high-quality service. You will communicate client requirements clearly, provide ongoing feedback, and coach your team members to maintain the highest standards of performance. Success in this role requires not only operational expertise but also a passion for hospitality, integrity, teamwork, ownership, and a proactive focus on the present moment to make a lasting impact.
Hilton supports your professional and personal growth with a comprehensive benefits package that includes incredible travel perks such as deeply discounted stays at Hilton hotels worldwide, an employee stock purchase program allowing you to invest in Hilton shares at a discount, paid parental leave, personalized caregiving support, mental health resources, generous paid time off, and various health and welfare plans.
