Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in catering and events management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in event management software
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

- Execute complex events by managing documentation and facilitating transitions across event phases while serving as the primary client contact
- Guide team performance by communicating client requirements, providing direction, feedback, and coaching to ensure high-level service
