This position offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience, ranging from $95,000 to $110,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus. Brooksby Village also provides ample opportunities for growth, as Erickson Senior Living continues to expand its footprint across the country. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience as an Executive Chef, preferably with fine dining credentials and a comprehensive knowledge of ala carte and catering trends. Proficiency in PC software and POS systems such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is expected to efficiently manage food service operations and reporting.
