The community offers an environment that balances independence, support, and a rich social lifestyle enhanced by an extensive array of amenities and services. Founded on principles of quality, compassion, and respect, Erickson Senior Living continues to expand its footprint across the country while maintaining high standards of service and care.

The Campus Executive Chef role at Brooksby Village represents a dynamic leadership opportunity for a skilled culinary professional passionate about elevating food service experiences within a senior living community. This position oversees culinary operations across multiple dining venues on campus, ensuring that the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety are consistently met. The Executive Chef will work closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to deliver an outstanding dining experience that contributes positively to the overall wellness and satisfaction of residents.

In this role, the Campus Executive Chef will be responsible for leading a dedicated culinary team with a focus on staff development, operational excellence, and maintaining consistency across all food services. A critical part of the job involves fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous growth within the kitchen and dining teams. The Executive Chef will also play a strategic role, supporting initiatives designed to enhance resident satisfaction, streamline food and beverage operations, and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local health regulations, including Health Department and HACCP standards.

Financial oversight is a key component of the role, involving budget management, cost control, and waste reduction to promote operational efficiency. Moreover, the Executive Chef is expected to build strong relationships with residents through regular dining room visits, enabling them to respond to feedback and customize dining offerings to meet evolving resident preferences. The compensation for this position is competitive, ranging from $95,000 to $110,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus, reflecting the level of responsibility and expertise required.

Brooksby Village offers an attractive benefits package to support its team members, including medical, dental, and vision plans, wellness reimbursements, telehealth services, paid time off, 401(k) with company matching, and dining discounts. The organization also provides a culture rich in diversity and inclusion, with significant opportunities for growth and career advancement as part of the expanding Erickson Senior Living network.
