The role of Equipment Procurement Specialist at Epic is instrumental in supporting the culinary department, which serves approximately 12,000 meals daily to customers, staff, and visitors. This position is based on Epic’s campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation, for which financial assistance is provided. The specialist will manage procurement activities ranging from major industrial kitchen appliances and merchandising equipment to small wares such as spatulas, whisks, and plates. Furthermore, procuring a broad assortment of food and consumable supplies to meet the diverse menus that highlight regional, international, and seasonal cuisine is fundamental to the role. Collaborating closely with chefs and cross-functional teams including catering, events, facilities, and accounting, this role demands a strategic approach to vendor relations and sourcing.
