Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate
- Minimum one year of relevant work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 23 kg independently
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
- No supervisory experience required
- No license or certification required

Job Duties
- Oversee the operation and delivery of waiter services
- Ensure adherence to St. Regis brand standards before arrival, during stay, and at guest departure
- Supervise and coordinate the waiter team including waiters and assistants
- Manage staffing through interviewing, hiring, and scheduling
- Foster collaboration with other hotel departments
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment
- Execute physical tasks such as lifting and moving objects up to 23 kg independently
