Operating with a performance culture fueled by authentic caring, Kimberly-Clark aims to attract talented professionals passionate about making a difference in the lives of billions of consumers globally.

The Senior Brand Manager (SBM) role focuses on shaping the future of the Thinx brand in North America. This position is ideal for an experienced brand marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is motivated by building purpose-led brands with cultural relevance and meaningful impact. The SBM will be responsible for developing bold and actionable brand plans that stimulate sustained, organic growth grounded in deep consumer insights. The role demands a strategic thinker and effective communicator who can galvanize cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across Creative, Media, Sales, Insights & Analytics, R&D, Product Supply, and Agency partners within a complex matrix organization. Reporting directly to the Vice President / General Manager for Feminine Care, the Senior Brand Manager will give direction to the Brand Manager and Senior Associate Brand Manager, providing leadership and managing resources effectively.

Key responsibilities include driving business strategy and delivering on sales, operating profit, gross margin, and market share objectives. The SBM will lead the creation of the Strategic Business Plan, Annual Business Planning, and Operating Plans while overseeing the innovation pipeline and commercialization of new products. This position requires a trusted partnership approach—seeking and incorporating feedback from diverse teams to optimize the brand’s performance. Excellence in execution is paramount, including managing and communicating commercial plans linked to business goals. Additionally, the manager must leverage financial insights, collaborate with finance teams, and manage consumption and shipment forecasting to meet P&L targets. Channel-specific go-to-market strategies will be developed to maximize market presence, including category management, shelving, and assortment strategies.

Qualified candidates must bring at least 10 years of experience in marketing with proven expertise in brand management and demonstrated success as a P&L owner meeting growth, profit, and share goals. The ideal applicant has an entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach, strong communication skills, and experience managing eCommerce and direct-to-consumer channels. A bachelor’s degree is required, with this role based in Chicago. Kimberly-Clark fosters an inclusive environment that values diversity and promotes equal opportunity employment, welcoming a workforce that reflects the consumers it serves globally.

This position offers a total rewards package encompassing base pay, target bonus eligibility, 401(k), profit-sharing, and a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage with no waiting periods or pre-existing condition restrictions. Additional support includes fitness center access, flexible savings accounts, income protection insurance, educational assistance, relocation support, and various family-related programs.
