The Senior Barista role at Barnes & Noble is integral to the success of its café experience. As a Senior Barista, you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in key operational competencies such as managing registers, utilizing technology efficiently, maintaining merchandising standards, and preparing food and beverages according to specified recipes. Your role extends beyond individual tasks; you will guide and mentor new Baristas, helping them develop knowledge and skills to provide excellent service.
