Job Description

Levain Bakery was founded in 1995 in New York City by competitive triathletes and passionate bakers Pam Weekes and Connie McDonald. Starting from a small neighborhood bakery on West 74th Street, the establishment became famous for its signature 6-ounce chocolate chip walnut cookie, affectionately known as "the cookie." The bakery quickly grew from a beloved local spot to a renowned destination for visitors worldwide. Levain Bakery has stayed committed to baking everything fresh on-site every day and donates the days leftovers to charity, reflecting a strong sense of community responsibility and sustainability. Today, Levain Bakery proudly operates multiple locations across the United States and offers e-commerce gift boxes to bring their iconic baked goods to cookie lovers everywhere.

The company adheres to a clear vision to give rise to lifelong memories and a mission to unite people through their work and craft with great care. Levain Bakery proudly embodies five core values: welcoming all, working hard and being kind, leading with heart, rising up to improve, and savoring each moment. These values guide the team in their day-to-day operations and help maintain Levain's exceptional reputation.
