Job Requirements

minimum of 3 years related work experience
ability to coordinate and supervise bakery production
capability to manage inventory and portion control
punctuality and regular attendance
strong customer service skills
ability to perform assigned duties as required
willingness to work morning shifts and varying days

Job Duties

Coordinate and or supervise daily production of baked goods
participate in costing and ordering related to bakery items products menu
insure portion and inventory control
produce pastry dessert for the account within budgetary guidelines as directed
attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
