Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of bakery or related work experience
- Open availability for varying shifts and days preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and production standards accurately
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and food quality
- Physical ability to perform baking tasks and stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Minimum three years of related work experience
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of bakery production and inventory management
- Ability to comply with safety and hygiene standards
- Adaptability to varying shift schedules
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Coordinate and or supervise daily production of baked goods
- Participate in costing and ordering related to bakery items products menu
- Insure portion and inventory control
- Produce pastry dessert for the account within budgetary guidelines as directed
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned, differing among accounts based on business necessities and client requirements
- Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
