This role of Senior Assistant Restaurant Manager at Chuck E. Cheese in Austin, TX, offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering outstanding guest experiences. As a Senior Assistant Manager, you won't just assist in managing the restaurant operations but also lead by example to uphold high standards of service, quality, safety, and cleanliness. The role involves making daily operational decisions including staff scheduling, product quality control, and business profitability measures like cost control, financial accounting, and inventory management. You will play a pivotal role in recruiting, training, and motivating the team, ensuring that every guest leaves happy and every employee has the tools needed to succeed. The position provides commission opportunities linked to membership and Fun Pass sales, paid bi-weekly, along with access to an innovative "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" wage access program. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • must have a high-school diploma or GED
  • college degree preferred
  • minimum of two years previous management experience preferably in the food service industry or proven track record as a CEC Assistant Manager
  • ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during a scheduled shift
  • ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during a scheduled shift
  • able to work around flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to wet, humid, extreme heat and extreme cold conditions
  • authorized to work in the United States
