As a Senior Assistant Manager at Chuck E. Cheese, you will play a critical role beyond managing the restaurant. Your responsibilities will include ensuring employees have the resources, training, and motivation necessary to deliver exceptional guest experiences where "every guest leaves happy." This position requires strong leadership and business acumen, including managing staff schedules, upholding company standards for product quality and cleanliness, and making daily operational decisions. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing team members to maximize sales and profits while maintaining high standards of guest service and safety. Additionally, you will apply good business judgment in areas such as cost control, financial accounting, inventory management, and labor efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow for hiring at age permitted by local law for handling alcohol)
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Minimum two years management experience preferably in food service industry or proven CEC Assistant Manager track record
  • Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shifts
  • Comfortable working in environment with flashing lights, mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to wet, humid, hot and cold conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum two years previous management experience preferably in the food service industry or proven track record as a CEC Assistant Manager

Job Duties

  • Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling and support, uphold product quality, cleanliness and company standards
  • Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and communicating company and guest expectations to the team
  • Coach, teach and motivate team to maintain high quality guest service and safety
  • Exercise good business skills and judgment in cost control procedures, financial accounting, inventory levels and labor management
