Job Requirements
- prior restaurant management or supervisory experience
- servsafe certification and any required city or state food safety certifications
- ability to communicate clearly with customers and employees and accurately exchange information
- skill in using a computer and or tablet
- manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
- capability to occasionally move or transport items up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

- training and coaching hourly staff to support our talent pipeline
- assisting growth by helping to identify and develop trainers
- maintaining strict adherence to proper food safety and sanitation procedures

- representing and protecting the chopt brand
- establishing staff compliance with all policies and procedures
- assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering
