Job Requirements

  • prior restaurant management or supervisory experience
  • servsafe certification and any required city or state food safety certifications
  • ability to communicate clearly with customers and employees and accurately exchange information
  • skill in using a computer and or tablet
  • manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
  • capability to occasionally move or transport items up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • training and coaching hourly staff to support our talent pipeline
  • assisting growth by helping to identify and develop trainers
  • maintaining strict adherence to proper food safety and sanitation procedures

  • representing and protecting the chopt brand
  • establishing staff compliance with all policies and procedures
  • assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering
