With an emphasis on community involvement and a strong company culture, CHOPT has quickly grown and continues to set the standard in the healthy fast-casual dining segment. The restaurant operates on core values that guide every aspect of their business: generosity, innovation, urgency in service, and a commitment to excellence in taste and customer experience. These values create a positive environment where employees thrive and customers enjoy exceptional dining experiences.

The Senior Assistant Manager position at CHOPT is a full-time role offering base compensation between $20.00 and $24.00 per hour, with a typical workload of 45 hours per week which may include overtime depending on business needs. This role is pivotal in supporting restaurant operations and the General Manager by fostering an inclusive and positive work environment where every team member is valued and respected. The Senior Assistant Manager plays a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and hospitality while coaching and training hourly staff to ensure ongoing talent development within the organization. In this position, you will oversee and maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensure safe working conditions to minimize accidents, and represent the CHOPT brand with professionalism and integrity. Administrative responsibilities such as scheduling, payroll processing, inventory management, and ordering will also fall under your purview.

This structured career advancement opportunity supports fast growth within the company and helps individuals develop into future leaders. CHOPT values the diversity and inclusivity of its team and strongly encourages applicants from various backgrounds including people of color, the LGBTQ+ community, non-binary individuals, veterans, parents, and people with disabilities. The company is committed to equal opportunity employment and provides reasonable accommodations during the application and hiring process.
