The company is nationally recognized for operating beloved brands including Chuck E. Cheese, Peter Piper Pizza, and Chuck's Arcade, which collectively offer fun and memorable experiences for children and families. Chuck E. Cheese is synonymous with family-friendly entertainment, celebrating over half a million birthdays yearly while fostering a safe and joyful environment. Through innovative safety initiatives like Kid Check and significant community contributions exceeding $24 million to schools and nonprofits, CEC Entertainment demonstrates a strong commitment to both its guests and its communities. The company’s emphasis on fun, food, and play places it firmly as a trusted destination where kids can be kids and families can bond in a welcoming atmosphere.
Peter Piper Pizza complements this mission by delivering a neighborhood pizzeria experience focused on quality food and engaging entertainment. It encourages physical wellness and motor skill development in children through various amusement options, reinforcing the company’s holistic approach to family fun. With nearly 600 Chuck E. Cheese locations and over 120 Peter Piper Pizza venues spread across 45 states and 18 countries, CEC Entertainment has a vast presence and a celebrated culture that champions diversity, inclusion, and the unifying power of play.
The Senior Assistant Manager role at Chuck E. Cheese plays a crucial part in upholding these high standards. This position is essential not only for managing day-to-day restaurant operations but also for fostering an environment where guests receive excellent service consistently. The Senior Assistant Manager ensures that employees have access to necessary resources, training, and motivation to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role requires making strategic decisions related to time management, staff scheduling, and maintaining product quality, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
In addition to operational responsibilities, the Senior Assistant Manager focuses on building sales and maximizing profits through effective recruitment, training, and communication of company values and guest expectations across the team. Coaching and motivating team members is key to sustaining high service and safety standards. This role demands strong business acumen, sound judgment in cost control, labor management, inventory oversight, and financial accounting. With a compensation range between $18.11 and $20.13 hourly plus commission potential on membership and Fun Pass sales, this is a rewarding opportunity for professionals passionate about customer service, leadership, and creating a positive workplace culture.
Chuck E. Cheese also offers a progressive "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, enhancing financial well-being for employees by allowing access to earned wages before traditional pay periods. This role is geared toward dynamic individuals committed to contributing to a positive company culture while thriving in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. The Senior Assistant Manager position is vital in maintaining CEC Entertainment's reputation as a leader in family entertainment and dining, where employee well-being, guest safety, and joyful experiences are top priorities.
