The Senior Assistant General Manager position at Kairoi Residential is an integral leadership role within their luxury high-rise community operations. This role supports the General Manager in overseeing daily operations with a focus on leadership, team management, resident relations, and operational expertise. As a senior team leader, the individual will mentor and uplift staff, ensuring seamless communication and professional development through training and onboarding processes. The role requires active participation and leadership during the General Manager's absence, demonstrating reliability in decision-making and problem-solving.

The Senior Assistant General Manager is also deeply involved in building and nurturing strong resident relationships, anticipating and exceeding the expectations of a luxury clientele. Managing resident concerns with professionalism, implementing retention programs, and overseeing concierge services are key functions that define daily operations. Operationally, this position assists with budget preparation, financial reporting, accounts receivable management, and analyzing financial data to identify improvements. Job Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in luxury property management or a related hospitality or customer service field
  • associate's degree or equivalent preferred
  • familiarity with relevant federal state and local laws and regulations including Fair Housing and evictions
  • strong financial acumen and ability to accurately calculate concessions late fees and other figures
  • excellent professionalism and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with high-net-worth individuals
  • high attention to detail and ability to maintain a polished and professional demeanor
  • positive customer-focused attitude and willingness to serve
  • valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months

Job Qualifications

  • oversee concierge services ensuring personalized experiences
  • assist with budget preparation and financial reporting demonstrating financial acumen
  • manage accounts receivable ensuring timely rent collection and handle delinquent accounts diplomatically
  • analyze financial data identify trends and recommend improvements
