Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum five years of management experience
  • Minimum three years of functional culinary experience
  • Ability to travel approximately 75 percent regionally
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP practices
  • Experience in high-volume culinary operations
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a senior level executive chef or culinary leader
  • Multi-site culinary oversight experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of residential, retail, and catering dining standards
  • Expertise in HACCP, regulatory compliance, and food safety
  • Experience managing food cost controls and inventory
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements
  • Passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences

Job Duties

  • Lead culinary operations across multiple university campuses
  • Partner with executive chefs to drive operational excellence
  • Ensure compliance with culinary standards and recipe execution
  • Standardize food quality and resident meal experience
  • Support menu development and culinary innovation
  • Monitor food cost performance and inventory practices
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and safety standards
  • Collaborate with client and Sodexo leadership
  • Utilize food management systems to drive efficiencies
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Support hiring and development of culinary talent
