Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years management experience
  • Minimum 3 years functional culinary experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and rare weekends
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to quality and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Design and execute inspired menu offerings that delight guests
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of cooks
  • Oversee ordering, inventory, and kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and excellence
  • Drive exceptional catering production for executive and client events
  • Foster a culture of creativity, safety, and high-quality service
  • Manage diverse food service operations including corporate cafés, micro-markets, office coffee services, and high-end catering programs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
