Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years management experience
- Minimum 3 years functional culinary experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and rare weekends
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to quality and safety standards
