Job Description

LevelTen Energy is a pioneering technology company dedicated to accelerating the global transition to clean energy. As a leading provider of renewable energy transaction infrastructure, LevelTen Energy delivers state-of-the-art cloud-based software, centralized supply networks, automated analytics, and expert transaction services essential to powering the renewable energy economy. The LevelTen Platform is the world’s largest hub where renewable energy buyers, sellers, advisors, asset owners, and financiers converge. This platform seamlessly supports power purchase agreements, clean energy asset mergers and acquisitions, tax credit transfers, and will soon expand to include granular certificate trading. With a network of over 1,000 project developers across 35 countries, LevelTen Energy is driving transparency, liquidity, and accessibility in carbon-free energy markets, helping organizations manage and execute energy transactions confidently and efficiently.

LevelTen Energy is seeking a Senior AI Program Manager to join its innovative team on a mission that truly matters. This role is crucial as the company integrates artificial intelligence across departments to enhance operational efficiencies and accelerate the adoption of AI-driven solutions. The Senior AI Program Manager will act as an internal AI evangelist, championing the use of AI technologies and driving their adoption through hands-on implementation and collaboration.

This is a highly autonomous, individual contributor position requiring a balance of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and effective communication. The role focuses not only on advocating for AI but on building agentic workflows using the Claude AI ecosystem, training teams on sophisticated AI features, and working closely with IT and Information Security teams to ensure secure deployment of AI tools. This position demands a proactive professional who is equally comfortable developing AI solutions independently and educating others on their impactful use.

Working with a company that employs over 100 people across various departments, the Senior AI Program Manager will own the roadmap for AI adoption. This includes tracking the deployment of AI tools, measuring user engagement, and gathering feedback to continuously enhance the AI capabilities available within the organization. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with department heads to identify key workflows for AI integration, prioritize initiatives that drive efficiency and innovation, and maintain compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Located in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood with a hybrid work schedule, this position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $140,000 to $180,000 based on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation includes eligibility for an annual bonus and an equity grant. LevelTen Energy also commits to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment as an Equal Opportunity Employer dedicated to diversity and accessibility.

  • Strong presentation skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Exceptional organization and program management abilities
