The Senior Agentic AI/ML Engineer position at Iron EagleX, based in Crystal City, VA, represents a remarkable opportunity to contribute directly to the U.S. defense mission by designing, developing, deploying, and sustaining state-of-the-art AI, machine learning, and agentic AI capabilities. This role plays a key part in delivering advanced analytics, automation, and decision-support tools that enhance mission effectiveness and operational security. Candidates in this role will be trusted with managing the full AI lifecycle, from data preparation and model development to deployment and ongoing sustainment. The ideal candidate is an expert in Python programming and proficient with AI/ML libraries and frameworks. They will have extensive experience designing and deploying machine learning models, building AI pipelines, developing agentic AI workflows, and integrating advanced AI models into enterprise systems and applications. Responsibilities include working with structured and unstructured data, developing secure and maintainable systems, designing APIs, and ensuring smooth deployment using containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
