The Accounting Senior Manager, RFH Outsourcing, within Aprio Advisory Group, LLC, plays a critical leadership role centered on client service delivery and team management. This position serves as the primary client lead, tasked with overseeing all aspects of engagement delivery, ensuring the highest standards in work quality and client satisfaction. The role demands robust technical acumen, the capacity for sound judgment, and independent management of complex client relationships. Additionally, this senior manager will spearhead team performance efforts by leading, training, and developing managers and associates to cultivate a high-functioning team aligned with the firm's goals.

Key responsibilities include managing and reviewing financial statements, consulting engagements, and firm-wide projects while maintaining strict oversight of client budgets, profitability, billing, and timelines. The Senior Manager will also play a vital role in supporting the growth initiatives of Aprio by assisting partners in business development efforts and leading various firm initiatives including thought leadership and client-facing presentations. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of eight years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, or related field
  • Experience with niche accounting tools such as R365
  • Experience working with both full service and quick service restaurants
  • Prior experience reviewing financial statements
  • Consulting and team leadership experience strongly preferred
