Job Description
Noble House Hotels and Resorts is a distinguished owner, manager, and operator of over 20 luxury, independent hotels and resorts across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Renowned for our dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards in hospitality, we have established ourselves as a leader in the upscale lodging industry. Our portfolio is composed of unique properties, each reflecting a commitment to quality, luxury, and personalized service that sets us apart in a competitive market. Every hotel and resort under the Noble House banner reflects our core values of integrity, innovation, and an entrepreneurial spirit, making us a sought-after company for professionals passionate about hospitality and excellence.
We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant Manager to join our corporate office located in Kirkland, Washington. This position offers an excellent opportunity for accounting professionals who have a passion for travel, development, and complex financial management. As a Senior Accountant Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and leading the corporate accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency. The role requires a thorough understanding of corporate accounting principles and practices, particularly within real estate, hospitality, and multi-entity or multi-company environments.
You will be instrumental in managing month-end and year-end close processes, consolidating financial statements in accordance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and coordinating with both domestic and international subsidiaries. The responsibility to maintain and improve accounting procedures and internal controls is central to this role, enabling strategic financial decision making and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This position demands proficiency in advanced Excel functions and a strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook, reflecting the significance of technology in producing timely and accurate financial data.
Moreover, in this strategic leadership role, you will be managing cash flow, treasury operations, and financial forecasting while collaborating closely with hotel property controllers and department managers. Your ability to communicate effectively and foster teamwork will underpin your success, making you a key partner in supporting business operations and growth objectives. The culture at Noble House Hotels and Resorts embraces creativity, independent thinking, and a pragmatic approach to solving challenges, offering you an environment where proactive problem-solving and innovation are highly valued.
Our Senior Accountant Manager role comes with a competitive salary and the potential for an annual bonus, reflecting our commitment to recognizing and rewarding talent. In addition to monetary compensation, employees receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision care, life insurance, and pet insurance. We also provide a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching after one year of employment, alongside exclusive travel perks spanning our national and international properties. Joining our team means becoming part of a dynamic, growth-focused company where no two days are the same, and your contributions directly impact our success and reputation in the hospitality industry.
