The company fosters an environment where employees are encouraged to be goal-oriented, financially savvy, and demonstrate grit and integrity in their everyday roles. Noble House Hotels and Resorts is currently looking to expand its finance team with a strategic and experienced Senior Accountant Manager based at the corporate office in Kirkland, Washington. This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about merging the worlds of travel, development, and accounting into a cohesive and rewarding career path.

The Senior Accountant Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the company's financial accounting operations across multiple corporate real estate entities and hospitality properties. Responsibilities extend to managing cash flow, forecasting, budgeting, and supporting intercompany transactions, particularly with the company’s Mexico subsidiary. Strong collaboration skills are essential as the Senior Accountant Manager works closely with hotel property controllers, department managers, and external CPA firms to ensure compliance and effective financial stewardship.

The position offers competitive compensation along with annual bonus potential, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K with matching opportunities after one year. Employees also enjoy travel perks that align perfectly with Noble House’s hospitality-centric culture. This role is highly suitable for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with a diverse portfolio of accounting responsibilities that span across multiple entities and sectors within the hospitality industry. By joining Noble House Hotels and Resorts, you become part of a corporate culture that values high integrity, positive and flexible mindsets, and the freedom to make independent decisions without being constrained by excessive corporate standard operating procedures.
