Job Description

HelloFresh is a global leader in the meal kit industry, committed to revolutionizing the way people eat by delivering high-quality food and versatile recipes designed for various meal occasions. Established over a decade ago, HelloFresh has expanded its reach across 18 countries spanning three continents, making it the world's foremost meal kit company. The company thrives on creating a vibrant community of customers who value delicious, healthy, and sustainable meal options. As part of the HelloFresh Group, the brand portfolio also includes Green Chef, EveryPlate, Chefs Plate, Factor_, and Youfoodz, each catering to diverse nutritional needs and preferences.

This Senior Account Manager position is based within Factor_, a health-focused brand of HelloFresh that spearheads innovation in the "Food as Medicine" movement, specializing in fully prepared meals tailored to improve health outcomes. This hybrid role is affiliated with HelloFresh Headquarters at three possible locations: New York City, Chicago, IL, or Boulder, CO. The successful candidate will play a central role on the New Channels Team, serving as the primary liaison for Factor_'s healthcare customers, including health plans, hospital systems, community-based organizations, and clinical researchers. Beyond meal delivery, this role focuses on making a tangible impact on patient health outcomes through effective partnership management and program execution.

The Senior Account Manager will be entrusted with growing and expanding Factor_'s healthcare partner portfolio. This involves identifying strategic opportunities to scale current programs and introducing the brand into broader clinical ecosystems. They will lead the seamless implementation of new partner programs or service expansions, managing all operational details such as user account setups and workflow integration. Collaboration with various internal teams, including Product, Supply Chain, and Nutrition, is vital to adapt and cater to the unique and evolving needs of healthcare partners.

As a strategic partner custodian, the individual will be responsible for resolving complex questions promptly with thoughtful, solution-oriented responses to cultivate trust and enable long-term partnership growth. Maintaining ongoing account management and support is a critical part of this role, ensuring partners receive consistent communication, troubleshooting support, and regular program performance reviews to guarantee satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates should bring a growth-oriented and relationship-focused mindset, capable of navigating the intricate requirements of healthcare providers and health plans. They are expected to be diligent, organized, excellent communicators capable of translating complex data into clear and persuasive insights, and proactive strategy leaders who foresee challenges and offer effective solutions. Analytical capabilities are equally important, with a focus on verifying data reliability and crafting compelling narratives from metrics to support partnership goals.

In terms of compensation, this full-time role offers a competitive salary with a range of $137,445 to $170,000 depending on location (New York, Colorado, or Illinois), alongside 401K company match vested immediately, team bonus opportunities, generous paid time off, flexible attendance, comprehensive health benefits available from the first day, and significant discounts on HelloFresh meal subscriptions. HelloFresh is committed to fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment that embraces diversity and inclusion, promoting equal opportunity employment and providing reasonable accommodations to qualified candidates.
