The role of Senior Account Manager at Czarnowski is designed for an experienced professional to lead some of the company’s most high-profile tradeshows and events. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end event execution, from the initial concept through to post-event analysis. This position requires a dynamic individual who can coordinate between creative, marketing, sales, and production teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences that bring brands to life in compelling ways. Responsibilities extend beyond creative oversight to include logistics management, vendor coordination, budget control, and the delivery of comprehensive project documentation. A critical part of this role is the ability to analyze event performance and ROI, ensuring that each project meets or exceeds its goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven leader with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of navigating complex projects and fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range between $80,000 and $120,000 for candidates working or residing in Nevada, complemented by benefits including health care, life insurance, paid time off, and participation in a 401(k) plan. Job Requirements

  • BA BS degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
  • 5 plus years event exhibit management and or production experience
  • Proven track record of successfully executing large press events and gaining trust and support from senior stakeholders
  • Independent self-starter who can prioritize and drive deliverables to execution with minimal supervision
  • Ability to problem-solve in the moment and model grace under pressure
  • Superb communication organizational and presentation skills

Job Duties

  • Conceptualize and produce exceptional projects from concept to completion driving customers toward success while directing internal support teams
  • Lead customers internal production teams and preferred partners
  • Liaise with creative marketing sales and other partner teams to understand audiences and bring the customer’s brand and event to life
  • Oversee all aspects of project logistics and vendor management through full event lifecycle including planning onsite and post-event reconciliation
  • Manage deliverables including project plans agendas meetings budgets and communications
  • Conduct post project evaluation and analysis for effectiveness including auditing and reconciliation through internal systems
  • Provide other event program support as needed demonstrating a whatever it takes attitude
