The company has built a strong reputation by consistently delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining operational excellence to meet the diverse needs of its clientele. Their mission revolves around creating storage environments that are not only secure but also convenient and well-maintained, ensuring customer satisfaction at every turn. Go Store It also takes pride in fostering a supportive and rewarding atmosphere for employees, recognizing that their commitment and performance are key drivers of the company’s ongoing growth and success. As a self storage provider, Go Store It offers a variety of unit sizes and features designed to accommodate residential, commercial, and seasonal storage needs. Their commitment to quality, security, and service positions them as a trustworthy choice for customers looking for reliable storage options.
In the role offered, you become an essential part of maintaining the smooth operation and appearance of a Go Store It facility. The position focuses on hands-on property management duties that contribute directly to the upkeep and safety of the facility. The role involves daily inspections of the property to identify and address issues such as trash, damages, lighting problems, leaks, and other maintenance concerns that could affect the customer experience. It requires proactive problem-solving skills such as fixing minor repairs including locks, lights, doors, toilets, and applying paint or patches as needed to keep the site in optimal condition.
In addition to facility maintenance, the position involves ensuring cleanliness of various areas including hallways, driveways, storage units, bathrooms, and outdoor trash runs. A key responsibility is preparing units for new tenants by performing thorough cleaning and minor maintenance after move-outs to uphold the facility’s standards. This role also includes checking security measures such as gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they function properly, reinforcing the security and safety that customers expect.
Customer service is another vital element of the job. You will assist customers visiting the site who need help or have inquiries, delivering support that aligns with Go Store It’s commitment to excellent service. The job is ideal for a dependable and self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work and can manage tasks independently without constant supervision. You will be entrusted with the keys and responsibility for the overall care of the location, making it a role that carries both trust and significance within the company.
This full-time position offers steady 40-hour workweeks with schedule flexibility, making it an excellent opportunity for those seeking stable employment. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance funded by the employer, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, and holidays. Work conditions emphasize a positive culture with no yelling, drama, or favoritism, encouraging a professional yet comfortable work environment. Advancement opportunities are available as the company promotes from within, making this an ideal role for those looking to start and grow their career in facility management and maintenance within a growing and respected company.
