The company embraces its values by fostering a safe and supportive environment where the well-being of every employee is a priority.
Currently, Marvin is seeking a Security Systems Administrator to join their team in Warroad, MN. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a background in technical support or systems administration who are eager to grow their career in physical security systems. The role involves supporting the administration and maintenance of enterprise-level physical security platforms, including video surveillance and electronic access control systems. The Security Systems Administrator will act as a vital link between Enterprise Security, Information Technology, and site operations to ensure that physical security infrastructure operates securely, reliably, and in compliance with corporate standards.
This position requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, as well as the ability to work within established processes and policies. The administrator will handle technical support tasks via ticket management systems, addressing incidents related to user access, devices, video requests, alarms, and access control. Managing user permissions by configuring role-based access levels and troubleshooting access issues to uphold security and safety protocols are key components of the job.
Furthermore, monitoring system health and resolving device, storage, and connectivity problems are essential to maintaining secure and stable operations. Keeping thorough documentation of system changes such as configurations, upgrades, and device updates ensures consistency and compliance across multiple sites. The role also involves supporting security and operational incidents by retrieving and preserving video evidence while validating system functionality and identifying areas for improvement.
Marvin offers a competitive salary range of $56,500 to $75,500 for this position, along with an extensive relocation benefit package to assist those moving to Warroad, MN. This package includes support for household goods, temporary housing, and access to relocation counseling throughout the transition period. From day one, team members benefit from comprehensive health insurance, paid holidays, paid parental leave, a 401(k) retirement savings match, and various other unique perks designed to promote well-being and work-life balance.
Joining Marvin means becoming part of a community that values each individual’s contribution and offers opportunities for growth and development within a reputable, forward-thinking organization. The company also supports its employees through initiatives like a $300 annual wellbeing account, a paid Better Living Day off for fun, annual profit sharing, organized volunteer opportunities, and a Brighter Days Fund that provides financial assistance during personal hardships. Marvin’s inclusive culture welcomes applicants of all backgrounds and is committed to equal employment opportunities, ensuring a fair and supportive work environment for all.
