This full-time role focuses on supporting the administration and maintenance of enterprise physical security systems, including video surveillance and electronic access control platforms. The Security Systems Administrator acts as a vital liaison between Enterprise Security, Information Technology, and site operations, ensuring that physical security systems operate reliably, securely, and in compliance with enterprise standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for technical system support across multiple locations, maintaining system health and security, and managing access control configurations. The position requires responding to, prioritizing, documenting, and resolving incidents related to user access, video requests, alarms, and device issues through IT service management systems.
