Delaware North Gaming is currently seeking a full-time Security Supervisor to join the Security Department at Southland Casino. This role involves skilled supervision and management of security operations, especially in the absence of higher-level management such as the Assistant Director and Director. As a Security Supervisor, you will be instrumental in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests, employees, and vendors. Your responsibilities will include overseeing security officers, managing crowd control, conducting thorough investigations of incidents, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Gaming background or previous security supervisory, law enforcement, or related experience is beneficial
- Have and maintain a valid driver's license
- Pass a motor vehicle records check
- Pass a drug test
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule with minimum supervision
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle when necessary

Job Duties
- Supervise security officers on assigned shifts

- Investigate incidents and compose written reports, observe, handle, and report procedural violations and illegal activity
- Operate a motor vehicle when necessary
