Delaware North Gaming is currently seeking a full-time Security Supervisor to join the Security Department at Southland Casino. This role involves skilled supervision and management of security operations, especially in the absence of higher-level management such as the Assistant Director and Director. As a Security Supervisor, you will be instrumental in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests, employees, and vendors. Your responsibilities will include overseeing security officers, managing crowd control, conducting thorough investigations of incidents, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

This position offers an hourly pay rate ranging from $21.00 to $24.00 and includes an attractive benefits package designed to support employee well-being and professional growth.
