GardaWorld Security Services is currently hiring for a Concierge Security Supervisor position located at Northgate, Washington. This is a full-time role with a set schedule, working Wednesday through Sunday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., totaling 40 hours per week. The hourly wage for this position is competitive, offering $25 per hour, with the added benefit of DailyPay availability for employees who need more flexible access to their earnings. The Concierge Security Supervisor role is an essential position that combines security expertise with exceptional customer service skills. This role is ideal for individuals who naturally connect with others and can provide reassurance and confidence through their presence and actions.

In this role, the Concierge Security Supervisor will work predominantly in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, engaging with people on all shifts. The focus is on delivering high-quality customer service while ensuring the safety and security of the premises and its occupants. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, verifying identities, managing access control, conducting regular patrols to identify potential risks, and inspecting security equipment for maintenance needs. Additionally, the supervisor will respond promptly to incidents, provide first aid when necessary, and coordinate with emergency teams to manage any critical situations effectively.

The position demands excellent communication skills, requiring the supervisor to handle inquiries both in person and by phone, write detailed incident reports, and communicate any security concerns clearly and promptly.
