Job Description

The Fountains Resort, located in the heart of Orlando, Florida, is a premier vacation destination known for its luxurious accommodations and exceptional guest service. As part of Hilton Grand Vacations, a leader in the vacation ownership industry, The Fountains Resort embodies a commitment to quality, innovation, and guest satisfaction. The resort offers guests a welcoming and secure environment where every detail is thoughtfully managed to ensure a memorable stay. With an emphasis on hospitality, The Fountains Resort combines comfort with top-tier amenities to create a unique and enjoyable experience for both guests and team members. The resort prioritizes safety, guest service, and operational excellence, which are central to its reputation as an award-winning destination.

The Security Supervisor role at The Fountains Resort is a vital position focused on maintaining the safety and well-being of all guests, owners, and staff. This full-time, year-round position primarily covers an afternoon shift from 3 pm to 11:30 pm, including weekends and holidays, making it an essential role in the resort's security operations. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing professional and proactive security services that go beyond traditional security functions. You will conduct routine and random inspections of the property and grounds to prevent theft, vandalism, fire, and accidents, ensuring that all areas of the resort are safe and secure.

Your duties will include supervising and responding to emergency and alarm systems, maintaining detailed inspection reports and incident documentation, and investigating security incidents and suspicious activities. Gathering witness statements and preparing comprehensive reports will be part of your responsibilities, demonstrating the importance of clear and thorough communication skills in this role. Providing outstanding guest service is also a cornerstone of this position, requiring you to interact with guests warmly and effectively by answering questions, providing directions, and assisting with deliveries. Patrolling both the interior and the perimeter of the resort enables you to identify and mitigate potential safety or security risks promptly.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Security Supervisor may administer basic first aid and CPR when necessary, highlighting the importance of being prepared for emergencies and supporting overall guest and team member welfare. You will also support team operations and assist colleagues as needed, contributing to a collaborative and effective security team environment. The position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for safety, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach to their work.

Joining The Fountains Resort means becoming part of a company that values diversity, inclusion, and the well-being of its employees. As a member of Hilton Grand Vacations, you will benefit from various programs and initiatives designed to support your professional growth and personal health. These include comprehensive healthcare options available from day one, recognition programs, travel discounts, a robust paid vacation and sick leave policy, an employee assistance program, a 401(k) plan with company match, tuition reimbursement, and an employee stock purchase program.

This role offers numerous learning and advancement opportunities within a dynamic, growth-oriented company. The Fountains Resort is dedicated to fostering an environment where every team member can thrive and contribute to the ongoing success of the resort and the broader Hilton Grand Vacations family. If you have a background in security, strong interpersonal skills, and are eager to work in a fast-paced, guest-centered environment, this position offers an outstanding career path with stability and rewarding benefits.
