Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years supervisory experience in security or law enforcement, preferably in a hotel setting
- CPR certification
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to lead and motivate a security team
- Knowledge of fire, security and keyless access systems
- Ability to perform physical tasks including grasping, walking, bending and climbing
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years prior supervisory experience in security or law enforcement, hotel preferred
- CPR certification
- Strong report writing skills related to investigations and incidents
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for budgeting, payroll, and communications
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate and direct staff
- Knowledgeable in fire, security, and keyless access systems
- Physical capability for grasping, extensive walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, smelling and visual acuity
Job Duties
- Oversee security operations at the Royal Palm South Beach Miami
- Manage and lead a team of security personnel
- Maintain high security standards and ensure the safety of guests and team members
- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
- Prepare detailed reports on investigations and incidents
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
