The Security Shift Supervisor role at Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing the activities of security personnel, including Security Officers, Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), and Corporals during assigned shifts. This supervisory position ensures the safety and security of guests, team members, and company assets by maintaining vigilant and continuous surveillance of all non-gaming areas across the property. The role requires an individual capable of providing immediate emergency medical response when needed, leveraging trainings such as CPR, AED, and First Aid, especially in situations where EMT staff are unavailable or already engaged. As a Security Shift Supervisor, the incumbent leads with authority and professionalism, delivering exceptional customer service while enforcing rules, regulations, and safety protocols efficiently.

The role extends to managing operational coverage, coaching security staff, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations such as federal, state, and local jurisdiction gaming laws. Duties include safeguarding casino cash transfers and chip movements, operating communication radios, performing dispatch functions, and collaborating closely with local law enforcement agencies as necessary. The supervisor also plays an essential role in training team members, maintaining accurate incident reports, and supervising the use of security equipment.
