Situated in the heart of the Valley, it attracts thousands of visitors annually who seek a memorable and upscale resort experience. The resort prides itself on providing a dynamic work environment grounded in respect, safety, and employee satisfaction, which is reflected in its recognition as the Valley's No. 1 best local employer. The company commits to offering not only competitive wages but also a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the health, wellbeing, and professional growth of its team members. This includes medical and vision coverage, a 401K plan with employer match and immediate vesting, life insurance, paid time off, holiday gifts, and many other perks that contribute to an outstanding employee experience. The Security Shift Supervisor role at Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing the activities of security personnel, including Security Officers, Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), and Corporals during assigned shifts. This supervisory position ensures the safety and security of guests, team members, and company assets by maintaining vigilant and continuous surveillance of all non-gaming areas across the property. The role requires an individual capable of providing immediate emergency medical response when needed, leveraging trainings such as CPR, AED, and First Aid, especially in situations where EMT staff are unavailable or already engaged. As a Security Shift Supervisor, the incumbent leads with authority and professionalism, delivering exceptional customer service while enforcing rules, regulations, and safety protocols efficiently.

The role extends to managing operational coverage, coaching security staff, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations such as federal, state, and local jurisdiction gaming laws. Duties include safeguarding casino cash transfers and chip movements, operating communication radios, performing dispatch functions, and collaborating closely with local law enforcement agencies as necessary. The supervisor also plays an essential role in training team members, maintaining accurate incident reports, and supervising the use of security equipment. This position demands a high degree of situational awareness and the ability to diffuse conflicts through de-escalation techniques safely.

Chukchansi Gold values professionalism, requiring supervisors to uphold a polished appearance and conduct both onsite and in public forums that reflects the brand's standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication capabilities, and physical ability to perform emergency medical procedures and respond to various security incidents. This opportunity provides individuals looking to advance their career in security and emergency medical response a platform to thrive in a supportive and dynamic work setting, contributing to the safety and well-being of the resort community. Employment offers a balanced work schedule with reduced hours and the chance to be part of a celebrated team known for its excellence in hospitality and safety.
