These core values—Unified, Transparent, Innovative, Committed, and Accountable—guide every aspect of the organization’s operations, ensuring that both clients and employees experience unparalleled support and professional fulfillment.
As a member of the Titan Security team, you will be part of an environment that encourages learning, collaboration, and success. Titan Security takes pride in offering a culture of excellence where every team member’s contributions are recognized and nurtured, helping to maintain its status as a leading security service provider. Located in various sites nationwide, Titan provides tailored security services for diverse settings, including corporate facilities, large-scale events, and residential communities, among others.
The Scheduling Manager role at Titan Security is a pivotal position reporting directly to the Director of Operations. This role is charged with supervising daily security operations, ensuring seamless scheduling, and maintaining operational efficiency. The Scheduling Manager plays a critical part in minimizing overtime costs by effectively managing shift schedules within the WinTeam scheduling system. They work closely with both clients and employees to foster effective relationships that support service excellence and operational success. This role demands a hands-on approach to handling escalated security incidents and emergencies, ensuring a swift and appropriate response that preserves the safety and integrity of client sites.
In addition to managing schedules, the Scheduling Manager monitors staff performance rigorously, facilitating disciplinary procedures and conducting regular performance appraisals. By ensuring that all personnel files and workforce management systems are accurate and up to date, this role supports the company’s commitment to high standards and compliance. The manager also partners with the Human Resources department on involuntary terminations, exit interviews, and resolving any grievances or appeals, thus ensuring that employment processes are fair and transparent. Effective communication is essential, as the Scheduling Manager prepares documentation, reports, and correspondence related to personnel activities and operational trends.
Equipment management is another critical responsibility, requiring the Scheduling Manager to track company property such as technology and vehicles. Staying current with federal and state regulations pertinent to security services is vital to maintaining compliance and quality standards. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability during weekends and evenings, to meet the dynamic needs of the business. Those who excel in this role will contribute significantly to Titan Security's culture, operational practices, and overall success, making this a highly rewarding career opportunity suitable for candidates seeking growth within the security industry. Starting salary ranges from $55,000 to $57,000 annually, accompanied by comprehensive benefits including paid time off, medical and dental insurance, paid holidays, pension/retirement plans, and performance-based bonuses. Titan Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
