This particular role is for a Tactical Security Response Officer based in Bakersfield, California. GardaWorld is seeking a highly flexible and reliable Flex Security Officer to join their team. The role requires adaptability as the officer will cover various locations, shifts, and days including nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure consistent security coverage. As a Tactical Security Response Officer, the core responsibilities include patrolling designated rail yards and facilities using a company vehicle, monitoring access points, inspecting fences, gates, and railcars for signs of tampering, and preventing unauthorized entry. The officer plays a critical role in deterring theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities by maintaining a visible and proactive security presence. Prompt response to alarms, incidents, and emergencies is essential, including collaboration with law enforcement when necessary.
