This position requires flexibility with work schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts, and demands a strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Security Representatives are essential to the success of the museum’s operations, acting as the first line of defense against theft and vandalism, and ensuring that all visitors and staff enjoy a secure, enjoyable experience. Candidates are expected to be computer literate, able to communicate clearly, and physically capable of performing the job’s demands, including lifting light objects and navigating various environmental conditions. The role offers a unique opportunity to work in an exciting cultural institution, surrounded by musical history and enthusiastic visitor engagement. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame supports its employees with an engaging workplace, access to discounts, event passes, and earned benefits such as paid time off and employer-paid parking.
